Hotel Harsh Deep — Hotel in Rajasthan

Have been travelling for work and stayed in many hotels in many cities. First time in Bhilwara and this hotel ruined the trip. 1.Staff is rude and indifferent. Currently having breakfast and staff refused to turn on the AC. It is 38 degree outside. Breakfast included means bread toast, poha, paranthas - plain and aloo stuffing, tea. That is it. Will not send to room. U better sweat and eat it in restaurant. Cook was smoking bidi in kitchen. Was shirtless. Biggest positive and negative of any hotel is receptionist. This one was rude, ignorant and offered no help to guest who has reached there at 11.30pm and were hungry. Only water and cold drinks available.

Was biggest mistake to book and stay here. Oyo just played with us. They dont check the properties and get them...

Stayed here for almost 28 days.

Arrogant receptionist (male). Thinks that he has gave you 5 star amenities. And treats you like you are desperate to stay in his hotel.

Entire kitchen have 3 people as staff. No WiFi, lacks at cleanliness. Don't recommend.

Advice to owner: Change the receptionist. You are not getting proper feedback and updates...

The best part is location of the hotel. I researched about the location of this hotel and found it very close to Railway station as well as the bus stop. Stayed there for 01 night. The stay being just comfortable as there was electricity cut twice, although generator back up is there. Hotel...
