Very very very bad behavior of staff. We have ordered two cakes of 4 pounds each and have done advance of 1000rs. Next day somehow we miss the slip of order. When we reached there to collect the cake ….we explained a employee our case but she ignored as after that we talk to another girl employee…and I just say “kal order diya tha or slip miss ho gai he”..after hearing this she started shouting on as in front of all customers and she started to explain rules and regulations even she had a copy of order slip.

Because we have already paid advance we are was not able to do anything.

If they know that much rules why don’t they provide bill in printed form and with seal of shop.

She ruined our birthday function because I was thinking only abut this. 😔🥺

The man at service desk was impolite and full of attitude. Firstly he missed some items in our order so we had to return back in the cold of the night. Once we reached back instead of showing apologies he said "its just matter of 1000Rs it's not a big deal". Dude there's a event at our home and it's a matter of my inconvenience not money.
