Hotel Royal Embassy — Hotel in Rajasthan

A third class hotel. Pathetic buffet spread. Ordered in room dining which was inedible. Or asking for cancellation I was denied the same and four staff members including the restaurant manager and the chef entered my room without my permission and demanded to know what was wrong with the food. The chef went far enough to actually eat a bite out of the dish(using his bare hands) and exclaim that it tasted fine to him. Finally they said it would not get cancelled and I had to pay for pizza with carrot and beans topping and burnt fries. It is highly unsafe for girls and as a single girl staying and travelling for work, there is no automatic locking system and manual keys are used to lock the room. Being unaware of how the hotel lacks basic safety and courtesy norms, on the first day my room was unlocked. The waiters twice walked into the room without knocking. Also the management is extremely rude and have probably never come across the term customer service. On complaining to the higher management over e-mail, I did not get any response in return. Worst hotel... See the photos, see the cleanliness, worst ever, they have served , stale bread in breakfast, that too trenched by mouse, rat's potty in the serving box. Horrible .... when they are serving the buffet like this.. u can imagine the picture of kitchen..the man will die by eating such cheap and stale food. Nobody could do anything even after complaining. Delice Hotel charges the driver 750 rupees for staying there. Even then the room is not that good. There are no other facilities here, so what was the use of his ₹750.
