I recently celebrated my birthday on 22nd April at Jalwa Rooftop, and I must say, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated to top-notch hospitality. The food and beverages were absolutely delightful—each dish was rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and served at just the right temperature. The variety offered satisfied all taste preferences in our group, and everything tasted fresh and expertly prepared. The drinks menu was also impressive, complementing the meal perfectly.

Don't even think about visiting this café!

Jalwa Café might have a good ambiance, but the food is absolutely terrible. I had been there once before, and the experience was decent, so I decided to give it another try on February 27. Big mistake.

We ordered beer and some snacks, and every single item was beyond disappointing. We immediately informed the waiter, but he didn’t bother escalating the issue to his senior. Still, we decided to be patient—maybe the chef had changed, right? But then came the final straw: the white sauce pasta. One spoon was all it took for me to send it straight back. And guess what? They still had the audacity to include it in the bill.

To top it off, the staff, from the manager to the waiters, were unbelievably rude. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, apologizing, or even pretending to care, they had the nerve to lecture us. The billing staff didn’t feel the need to say a single sorry either.

So, if you enjoy terrible food, awful service, and a staff that acts like they’re doing you a favor by letting you dine there, by all means, go ahead. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and stay...

HOSPITALITY IS BAD Staff is really RUDE and adamant...Everytime u go there bartender serve you different cocktails (changing juices inside frequently )on same order with ease of whatever ingredients they have present at the time ...U order some thing and they will serve u some thing else and when u enquire they will ARGUE and DENY the exchange ...Presentation of drinks are also bad, glasses are cheap If you ask for straw for your cocktail , staff will straight away say STRAW is not included in this drink...its such a shame u taking so many bucks for a petty drink and can't even give a straw complimentary...its a choice of individual how he wants to consume the drink SITTING bench quality is BAD, seats were swinging...Only ambience is fine rest all need to be improved....If u want to enjoy u have to ignore these things but with these compromises in mind how can one enjoy fully so better go to some other place ...Other reviews seems to be paid or they were lucky enough to not encounter...
