Hotel Madhushree — Hotel in Rajasthan

I have never seen such a pathetic set of hospitality services ever in my life.

Rooms: horrendous conditions of the rooms. Felt as if someone had just smoked their lungs out in the rooms they showed to us. Bathrooms were pathetic in terms of cleanliness, insects here and there. Commode was full of hair. Front desk: hospitality industry is expected to have working personals who know how to talk to their customers. The front desk manager is one of the worst managers I have ever seen as he took zero responsibility of the condition of the rooms, was doubting every statement we made with a smirk and put all the blame on the cleaning people. The hotel higher management should realise that front desk manager like these are the reason your hotel is empty because he does not how to treat his customers. He should be taught hotel management 101 courses as it clearly felt he is the worst person to have as the face of the hotel. It was really pathetic experience at hotel Madhushree. The price of the hotel was unreasonable as per the facilities and services proved by the hotel. The master lock of the door was non functional, kettle in the room was not working, knobs used to turn on the showers were dismantled. Bathroom items provided were used and soap, shampoo were unavailable. Slippers not provided by the hotel. Towels provided were torn and old. Room was not neat and was substandard, it was smelly. Television provided by the hotel was just useless as it could not come to life even after multiple attempts of service staff. Overall it was worst...

Hotel room designs, interior and beds are old 1-star equivalent and the rooms are not as plush as the charges are. But the Management's effort to make you feel like 3-star is appreciable. Despite average room, there's good attention to details in service when it comes to minute facilities like toothbrush, toothpaste, complementary water bottles, mini-fridge, study lamps etc, hence given 4-star here. The right price for this place should be 1500.. I paid 2.5k, so not so happy. But considering the locality and the professional manager, the place is decent & worth the buck if you get it for...
