Pizza Hut | Cine Mall, Kota — Restaurant in Rajasthan

Having tired their home delivery services for 5 times in past 5 months I believe i can make a certain comment on their services . Having to change my order 4 times, after I completed my ordered through their own common hotline or via their website leaves me bit dwindling. The funnier thing is that 10-15 min after getting a confirmation message from the Pizza Hut, I get notified that by their store staff about the incapacity from their side to fulfill the order consecutively for 4 times.The problem was usually in the regard for unable to deliver garlic bread or changing my choice of drink. And the trouble doesn't end here having tired their Unlimited Friday pizza scheme in store, the experience makes me dwindle about my opinion on the pizza hut staff for the worst,being served COLD pizza slices and HARD garlic bread, staff serving time for a single slice in a medium filled restaurant was about 15 min - 20 min, so to sum it up for others ,you will be served a 4 sliced pizza (COLD in nature)in about 1 hr 12 min. I guess you are better off ordering a single pizza and you would be able to finish it up before a person sitting the the DAMN! store would be able to get his whole 4 slices served. The taste is somewhat a mix batch if I remove the times I got cold pizza i would say its consistent with their other stores.The crust is soft,though the vegetables looks like they are being dehydrated in the process and the juice and flavor is somewhat lost. The staff and management in-store seems to be under-trained.They have a long way for improvement ahead of themselves in terms of service and for competing with the dominoes whose service and customer satisfaction seems much better than pizza hut for around the same money.To be fair the unlimited scheme is quite cheap and inviting to a person and one should accept few cut off made in the taste of the foodand overall experience, but serving cold pizza seems to be quite a big cut off and the time it takes them to serve it is extensively long.This scheme is doing lot more harm to pizza hut than helping it. And when trying to give them a feedback via website is an impossible task as there is no "Kota" in their City drop down menu. So for me 'Most Trusted Food Service Brand' name holder company seems to be under-performing and also has led me to change my go-to pizza place to dominoes for better or worse.And if they company goes on to be like this I believe more and more people will switch to some other restaurant...

The mostcareless staff.. on counter as well as in the kitchen.. i went there for 5 times.. every time any of them make mistakes.. i ordered masala lemonde i paid for it.. later they asked that they don't have masala lemonade i will have to order something else coz they dont return money.. if they dont have it they should not take an order or return me my cash.. next time i ordered fresh lime soda without augar and they served sweet .. i ordered creamy mashroom pasta and they served me something else.. i asked that thia ia not mashroom pastathey were trying to convince me by saying that its name is mashroom pasta but they dont put mashroom in this pasta.. every time i ordered anything.. inever got a perfect order.. when it took 1 hour to get your order its better to go in a fine dine restaurant.. pizza hut kota don't deserve...

Authentic extra chess pizza" with mouthwatering taste and made with love!! Services are always great here and you are always served here with a smile which always makes the place even better and atmosphere is very good and tidy with not so loud noisy music so you can always have a good conversations with your partner!
