hotel rajeev's retreat — Hotel in Rajasthan

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel Rajeev's Retreat in Mount Abu. The overall condition and service of the hotel were far below expectations.

Room Issues: The door lock was faulty, which made us feel unsafe during our stay.

Bathroom Problems: The water jet was broken, and there was no hot water available at all. Basic amenities were not maintained.

📞 No Communication Facility: The landline phone in the room wasn’t working, making it difficult to contact the reception for any help.

Poor Staff Behavior: The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they responded arrogantly when we raised our concerns.

The food served was not fresh or hygienic. It raised serious concerns about cleanliness and quality.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are much better options available in Mount Abu for a comfortable and safe stay.
