I cannot express how disappointed I am with the service provided by Goibibo. I made a reservation for Hotel Rajpal Palace in Udaipur for December 25th, but due to an unfortunate error, I mistakenly selected January 25th. Recognizing the mistake immediately, I reached out to Goibibo customer service on the very same day.||What followed was an excruciatingly long and drawn-out process, marked by false promises and a complete lack of transparency. Despite numerous calls to rectify the situation, the customer service representatives consistently assured me that the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. Regrettably, this was far from the truth.||After two weeks of persistent efforts, I was informed that they had received a cancellation confirmation from the hotel. However, the promised update within 24 hours never materialized, leaving me stranded without a clear resolution. Shockingly, on January 25th, the hotel itself reached out to confirm my check-in plans, exposing a glaring communication gap between Goibibo and its partner hotels.||This ordeal has not only caused substantial inconvenience but has also tarnished my perception of Goibibo's commitment to customer satisfaction. The lack of urgency, accountability, and effective communication is utterly disappointing. It is disheartening to witness such a fundamental breakdown in the booking process, especially when the mistake was promptly communicated.||I implore Goibibo to take immediate action to rectify this situation. My urgent request for a date change to December 25th, 2023, or a cancellation needs immediate attention. Some other guest also faced dormitory hall issue.
Owner should write clear that it's a hall , there is big wide difference between hall and room, mention it that hall is for only single persons. Not for for family.
They were not having sufficient towel blanket pillow for guestdue to rush. Vleanliy is ok but not to the mark
No soap for bath was provided by them ,we call on landline for blanket pillow and also informed for it verbally at reception but they said ok will provide on next day same thing happen , they told ok will send it ,again we went for it but said we don't have enough stock.
One sweeper attitude bwas ok but other one was harsh.
There is automobile engine service centre next to itwhoch gives foul smell.
Communication language was better then review which was written by others .

I stayed there for 21 days and it was a very bad experience, the washrooms was not properly cleaned, sockets in rooms were not working and some were detached from the switch board. They didn't give any service, I had to go daily out of room to fill my own water bottle. Also rooms are too small to walk. I would have given 0 star if that was an option.
