My recent visit to Rajwadi Thal left me utterly dismayed, as it turned out to be the epitome of poor service, abysmal hygiene, and an overall disastrous dining experience. From start to finish, my time at this restaurant was nothing short of a regrettable ordeal.
The service at Rajwadi Thal was absolutely appalling. The staff seemed disinterested and untrained, displaying a lack of basic hospitality. Requests for assistance were met with indifference, and it felt as if we were a burden rather than paying customers. Our orders were repeatedly mixed up, and the waitstaff appeared clueless about the menu offerings. It was an incredibly frustrating experience, as we had to constantly remind them of our requests.
The hygiene standards at Rajwadi Thal were shockingly inadequate. The dining area appeared unkempt, with dirty tables and uncleaned floors. The utensils and glassware were visibly stained, indicating a lack of attention to cleanliness. Moreover, the washrooms were in an appalling state, with overflowing toilets and a foul odor permeating the area. It was not only unappetizing but also concerning from a health standpoint.
Unfortunately, the disappointment extended to the food as well. The dishes lacked flavor and were poorly prepared. The presentation was haphazard, and the ingredients seemed of questionable freshness. It was evident that little care was taken in the kitchen to ensure quality and taste. The overall dining experience was far below expectations, leaving us feeling unsatisfied and let down.
In situations like these, one would hope for the management to address the issues and make amends. However, when we brought our concerns to their attention, we were met with indifference and a complete lack of professionalism. The dismissive attitude towards our complaints further cemented our belief that Rajwadi Thal has no regard for customer satisfaction or improvement.
As a conscientious customer, it is crucial to share honest experiences to help others make informed choices. Based on my encounter with Rajwadi Thal, I strongly advise against dining at this establishment. The combination of abysmal service, unhygienic conditions, and lackluster food quality makes it an undesirable choice. Spare yourself the frustration and disappointment by seeking alternative dining options that prioritize customer satisfaction and uphold basic...

I was here on my last day of trip to Udaipur and went here for dinner before catching the bus for my next destination. Found it on Google while searching for restaurants and stepped into this restaurant believing all the postive reviews and thank God, all those reviews turned out to be true!
The ambience is rich, heritage oriented and soothing. You'll steep into a new world once you enter the restaurant. Walls are decorated with all the famous tourist destination pictures of Rajasthan and the furniture are comfortable enough.
The service is quick and to the mark. Stewards keep attending you as soon as you empty your thali. Since I was in hurry, I didn't mind the quick service. But if you are in here on leisure, then you can ask them to serve slowly. However, I was impressed by their service.
I opted for the Thali meal which had around 20 items in it. I loved the chat which they served at the beginning and other dishes like dal bhati churma, roti, dal, paneer & other sabzis were equally good. The sweet made with sooji appeared to be stale & the Butter milk could have been better but it served the purpose. Overall, The meal was sumptuous and filling. I just loved the thali experience.
The whole dining area was spotless, wash area & toilets were hygienic. There is a limited road side parking space available outside. They accept all kinds of digital payments including cards.
My overall experience was really great in this restaurant. I highly recommend this place for...

During my road trip to Jaisalmer from Nagpur we reached Udaipur around 10pm . We where looking for an good thali resturant in Udaipur . We locked a good renowned and old thali resturant on my GPS and we where on our way .
While driving we saw this hotel Rajwadi tha near udaipole which was on our right towards the station road . The restaurant had a very good get up and had a very attractive entrance. My family asked whether this the restaurant we are looking for , I had to take a u turn to return back to the restaurant to check if parking is available, luckily it was .
They have a good parking space and if not then the security guard is good and clever enough to arrange a parking space por you.
The ambiance of the hotel is very royal and beautiful. We loved this place but where not sure about the food taste as most of the thali restaurants have the taste issue .
Dining was very comfortable and had a semi royal feeling . Cutlery was neat and clean. Selection of cutlery was good.
The staff was humble to serve. Taste was very good and some thing different from the other thali restaurants.
Owner of the restaurant was very down earth and polite he took his time to have a small talk with us. During this talk he shared an very positive and emotional story of his journey towards this restaurant. We were more happy to understand that he himself is involved in preparation of the food .
Over all experience was very good with the restaurant.
