Would I stay again?...

I visited this hotel for a wedding, and it turned out to be a nightmare. The owner was extremely arrogant and uncooperative, especially regarding the DJ arrangements. Instead of resolving the issue amicably, he chose to argue with us, ruining the celebratory mood. To make matter worse the lift was not working, which caused a lot of inconvenience for guests, especially the elderly. The overall management was highly unprofessional, and it was clear that guest satisfaction was not a priority. the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality.The staffs were very helpful.The hotel provides u almost every facilities from good rooms to good services and the Cab services are also good in that location to the city. Overall experience was pleasurable .I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families:).
