Jaisal House - A Luxury Stay In Haveli — Hotel in Rajasthan

Please be careful before booking at this place. The owner transferred our booking on the day we were arriving from this hotel to a nearby Oyo hotel, "Capital O 84805 Hotel Golden Rock". He told us that there our issues in his hotel due to some maintenance work. But when we contacted them after reaching, the hotel staff told us that there is no maintenance work going on. Instead, they sold the entire property to a crew of some movie which was being shot in Jaisalmer. The owner lied to us even after we booked well in advance by directly contacting at the hotel. Moreover, he was not even there in Jaisalmer. The hotel at which our booking was transferred didn't provide proper breakfast and blankets. It was extremely cold and only basic comforters were available in the room. Moreover, the bedsheets were extremely dirty and they didn't have any more bedsheets to replace. When we called the owner of Jaisal House to get all our basic amenities arranged, he was not responding. He always contacted us through WhatsApp voice chats that too at his own convenience to avoid any difficult conversation. The Oyo where our booking was transferred, the rooms were costing way too lower when we contacted them. We had to get into a very lengthy conversation before checkout to get our prices reduced. Finally, the amount we had to pay was reduced by just Rs.2000 even when the Oyo was costing Rs.4000 lesser than Jaisal House. Given the fact that even basic amenities were not available and we didn't take breakfast on the second day, the price should have been reduced further.

I don't know how other traveler rate this as superb! I had booked this hotel (Royal Luxury toom) for 2 nights. Hotel manager gave us deluxe room on name of Rotal Luxury room. We identified this cheating and asked them, then after repeated telling, they said yes, it was deluxe and we will upgrade you room tomorrow. Even in deluxe room, there was no toiletries, towels, dustbin, and bathroom mate. No manager on front desk continuously, so for each request we have to find. Next day when we gone for breakfast at 8.45, No Proper breakfast Management too, no dish, no tea coffee, no Puri, and Bhaji was too cold, the worst thing was no waiter there to ask this all. We have to go to kitchen to tell this and ask them for arrangements. When we told about unavaibility of all food, they said you are late (at 8.45 AM)

At the cost of taking 5000 RS per toom per night, they have provided 1star hotel service, better could be of dharamshala of any temple. They don't have proper arrangements / Management and owner is not taking interest to make staff responsible. At last when I said to cut price for all inconvenience, they fought us like hell. Terrible stay here.

I am doctor (Pediatrician) by profession, never wrote like this worst review till date, but leaving this review, so that other tourist can take informed decision. One sentence for them: Never will give recommendations to have stay there in future after experiencing all above...

A place with good potential but a dud in reality..||This was one of the costliest place during our stay and as such had high expectations but turned out to be a dud…||To start with there is no lift in this place, so if you get a room in 3rd floor better luck with stairs.. imagine the plight of folks with knee pain.. to make the matters worse, restaurant is located in the top floor / roof top||Even for the price what they charge ($$$) rooms are not cleaned properly, linen is very dirty and no one checks if it needs replacement or not..||Looks like they are running thin on staff, same staff is doing room service, luggage, cooking, cleaning..etc||List can go on but in short not worth the price...
