Sai Palace Udaipur — Hotel in Rajasthan

Most friendly and helpful everyone in hotel ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. I was attending along with a helpful map, ensuring parking in car park and facilitating an early check in. Fortunately everything about the hotel was exceptional, It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service and restaurant where we had dinner. Food was beyond good and great value for money and service in both places attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Also The hotel owner Mr. Govind Singh is very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay and also personally take care all your stay service. Had a decent experience during our stay at Sai Palace.

Pros -

It's a peaceful surrounding with amidst a nice view of the hills and forest.

Room was spacious and it was well cleaned.

Hospitality was nice, the owner himself was very friendly and helped us. No wait time, everything was prompt

It's in close proximity of the Govardhan Sagar Lake and the Smart City Park, which were very good for visitors to spend the evenings.

The place is very airy with good sunlight.

Cons -

Wifi did not have a network in the room. Had to be at the public area to use WiFi

During night time, the road to the hotel was very dark (no street lights) and it isn't easy for walkers. If you don't have a private vehicle, commute isn't easy.. It's around 1.2 kms inside the main road. We couldn't find cab/auto availability during our return after trying for almost 20 minutes, had to walk about 500 metres to find a cab.

I M. Jitendra Mecwan and all my family members are very much thankfull to the beautiful service provided by the hotel. Each and every work is too precise and respectful. I thank to each n every staff and crew members of the hotel. I thank from the service provided from luggage pick up upto the luggage loading again into the car. The nature view from both the luxurious rooms was totally a blessing. It's such an honour and a great pleasure to dwell those 2 amazing days in the hotel.
