The Fateh Hotel by Le Pension Stays — Hotel in Rajasthan

Stayed here for 2 days.....Felt like leaving the place within half a day...but since we had made the entire payment couldn't shift. The only positive ABT the property is the location and the people managing the property. The managers, the caretakers and the chef are trying their best to make a bad staày confortable. We stayed in the suite room which has a pathetic bathroom. The flush not working, the water leaking from the flush and the commode. The drainage system in the bathroom was bad...the staff tried their best to help me on multiple concerns but it isn't their fault...it's the fault of the property owners who are taking the customers for granted and providing them such badly maintained rooms. Some rooms are newly renovated but some are in pathetic condition. We had to stay for 6 days but we checked out after 2 days and went to some other hotel. Also the property has to clearly mention the breakfast policy as they have set menu breakfast with only option of Paratha , omlette or poha...even the egg burji is not included..it's a request to the owners renovate the property and then let it out to the visitors.. especially the suite room in which we stayed..dont spoil the memories of the visitors.

Response to the owner Never did I mention that i left the hotel before the stipulated time..i mentioned 2 days as we checked in the hotel only after the first night. Also I m not talking ABT buffet breakfast that query was already cleared when I reached the venue. Even if it is set menu it should be a bit flexible only having 3 options for breakfast is not sufficient. And as u mentioned ur hotel always runs full u shud have more resources at source to help the guest. These is just a feedback for your hotel to improve. Defending the argument makes no sense. There are shortcomings which spoils the stay experience. Picking up one or two points from the review and defending that wouldn't help u grow..

I think I have written decent English for people to understand the concern. As far as u guys are concerned I don't feel u want to understand. Don't ask for review if u cannot understand the shortcomings....

Me and by 2 bros booked this hotel for 2 nights. So I will share my honest opinion about our 2 days stay as my experience. First and major factor in Udaipur if you are travelling with car( Big Car ) is location. Best thing about this hotel is its location. On the side of Fateh Sagar Lake. Away from city chaos, traffic and small streets. Its very calm and peacfull place. We loved it as you can go for morning, evening and late evening walks on the Pal of lake. Free bicycle ride service is also available just opposide side of hotel so you can enjoy cycling around beautifull lake side road too which was best thing we did im our trip. Parking is also good in hotel which is major factor in Udaipur hotels. Second is hotel building and campus which was equally good. Its little kind of heritage hotel. Staff and service was also very good they were very cooperative specially manager Mr. Gadhavi. We got instant response for every call. Room was also very good. We booked super delux room but Manager upgraged it to the Suit at no cost. It was large and well equipped too. The only thing I personally didnt like about the hotel was colours and texture of room walls was dark so it gives less sense of roominess and space inspite of large room. But that is a personal taste. May be others like it. Restaurent of hotel was under development and we didnt order any food or tea/coffee also so can not comment about that. Overall it was a pleasant stay. Must to...

Very good and peaceful location.. Neat and clean place.. Beautiful small heritage like property.. I had book 3 deluxe rooms through online travel portal.. But at time of check-in they upgrade my 2 rooms to suit rooms.. Good gesture.. Reception was good and check in was very easy and quick.. Bathrooms in suite room are excellent and big and Very neat and clean.. Special mention is must about hot water and shower because it was superb.. But deluxe room which I had booked and got one is not upto mark or not as expected.. Room service is prompt.. Staff is humble.. Car parking is out side of premises on the road.. That's the only drawback.. All in all a great experience on day one.. Next morning, I had 4 guests to meet me at hotel lounge.. It was breakfast time.. Free Breakfast was included with my room booking for us during our stay.. But they served breakfast to my 4 guests with us and they didn't even charge for extra breakfast for my guests.. They told me that it was complimentary from their side.. What a gesture.. For me, money didn't mattered.. But their attitude towards customers was great.. Most important thing is that we had booked our stay through Make my trip, yet their attitude was caring and respectful.. I will always stay there whenever I will go to Udaipur..
