The food at Firki Restaurant located in Radisson Parallel Hotel is simply outstanding. We have been staying at this hotel for the last 5 days. Since we prefer non-spicy meals, the chefs—Mr. Chote Lal and Mr. Devinder—went above and beyond to prepare fresh vegetarian dishes tailored specifically to our preferences. Their thoughtful initiative made us feel truly cared for, and we are immensely grateful for their flexibility and kindness.

Every meal tasted like it had come straight from a home kitchen—comforting, flavorful, and made with heart. The entire staff at Firki are exceptional individuals. Their warmth, attentiveness, and consistently high level of service made our experience unforgettable.

Another pure veg restaurant of Udaipur with a good menu and a lovely ambiance. You can get a view of Fatehsagar Lake and mountains surrounding Udaipur city. Firki has North Indian and Chinese food on the menu with some fusions food, too. The one image I have uploaded is of macaroni pasta bhel, which was good at taste. The food overall was good and service too. The budget is on a slightly higher side. I had chole kulcha with an additional 2 Indian bread pieces and fusion pasta bhel and it cited me approx 1700bugs for 2 to 3 person. But it's worth a visit and recommendation, that's for sure.
