The hotel's ambience may be pleasant, but the services fall far short of what one would expect from a two-star establishment. The inclusion of a 4-star luxury name in the hotel's title seems misleading at best.
Upon arrival, we noticed several standard facilities were missing, such as a bar fridge, an executive chair and TV not operational. When we brought this to the staff's attention, they simply stated that these amenities were unavailable due to maintenance issues, offering no apology.
Furthermore, our experience revealed the following shortcomings: Room service was lacking, with staff failing to respond to first call. The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, as evidenced by beer bottles found under the bed. The breakfast buffet offered a limited selection, consisting of just a handful of options such as bhatura, poori, aloo paratha, idli, vada, boiled eggs, and toast -- with very little variation day to day. No ventilation in bathroom.

Read moreWe had booked 2 rooms 408 n 409. The property is excellent n jus only 6 months old. Competitive n fair pricing provided by Mr. Ajit n Navneet. Location is a lil away from City palace n other spots by only 3-5 kms. But would prefer this than d hustle bustle. Thanks to Ajitji as he upgraded us to Super- deluxe rooms which are chic n spacious. In-room dining was good too, as we had dinner usually in d hotel, Mr Dinesh offered a great service. Food was tasty, especially loved their khichadi wid lahsun tadka. Should include bakery items in d brkfast as there are no options for kids. Housekeeping team led by Mr. Shambhu too did a great job by keepin our room neat n tidy every evening when we returned from a long sight -seeing day. However d pillows in d room were uncomfortable as they are too big n fluffy which causes neck pain d next morning n they do not hav other pillow options. Should include a conclave mirror in d washrooms. Overall a very good property n service. Kudos to team Jagat n...
Read moreOne of the best hotels in the city. The hotel is not only aesthetically beautiful but is very comfortable as well. From your welcome at the reception to your room stay everything is top notch. Every one amongst the staff is always smiling and eager to help whenever needed. We were welcomed by Mr. Ajeet at the reception. The owners of the hotel look into every thing personally and make sure the stay of the guests is absolutely comfortable. Infact Mr. Digvijay Singh the owner, took time out to meet us personally and had a pleasurable long chat with us. A very pleasant gentleman who is pretty serious about making sure the functions run perfectly. Food is truly delicious and service is very fast. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Though we can add a small dessert counter during breakfast time to satiate the sweet tooth of people like me. Just a small suggestion. For us whenever we are in the city, this will be our hotel. We had a...
