Pizza Burst — Restaurant in Rajasthan

Terrible food and service. So much so it forced me to find my password, log on and write this review. I'm saddened that many of you think this is legit pizza. We ate MAYO pizza or some cream that had a similar taste but I'm highly suspicious it was just some sour cream because I am absolutely sure that one of the pasta sauces was made with KETCHUP. So if one uses ketchup, not 1-2 tbsp. for taste but mostly used of ketchup, it is highly likely that was a mayo flavored pizza. SMH - that is an abomination! lol A serious insult to pizza and pastas. When I complained to a waiter that this was Mayo, he grinned like a little boy caught in a lie. lol It really is not difficult to make a basic pizza or pasta sauce; even a curry-based sauce would have been acceptable but THIS????!!!! W O W! PLEASE research how to make sauces. And from the reviews, it appears to be a busy place??! smh I almost feel like opening a restaurant just to show you all the difference. Unreal! Manager was rude to my friend and she made it a point to express her concerns only for him to respond "yes, yes, ma'am, good night." lol Apparently, he's used to such complaints. They didn't allow us to eat upstairs but then allowed a group to go there about 30min later.

Waste your money here if you want to. Please travel and find out what "Italian or Italian-inspired" food is really supposed to taste like - creativity is only great when your intent is not to take advantage of your customers. Quality of food and service both has degraded over time. (I used to visit this place once every month before lockdown, back then thier pizzas tasted better then Dominos & pizzahut.)

We tried their unlimited pizza course. There were no spoons so waited 10min even after repeatedly asking, same happened with forks & they served everything very slowly. I asked for water from 3-4 people and it came after 30mins.(This happened Twice)

Starters are below avarage(most of the items are either cold, or very bland. They event included toast as a starter item to increase count. They also included bhaji without pav. Although they had 2 types of fruits and 2 items were still hot on the positive side)

Soup was a huge let down as well: they used to have two types of soups: 1. tomato soup(didn't tried), hot & sour soup (now replaced with similar looking soup with plain fried noodles instead of ginger julians)

Don't even get me started on the pizzas(which was supposed to be the main dish): one of the pizza with onion and tomato topping has a very bad pungent smell. Mozzarella was looking like not cooked properly & all other Pizzas are slightly Burnt, almost devoid of toppings and tasteless. (Even Street vendors make better Pizzas at 1/4 price)

One thing they actually improved in all these years is the Icecream (now it tastes like vanilla icecream). (Before lockdown I always used to give my share of desert to my friends)

This is my experience from last Sunday. Unlimited pizza was 265₹ per person (with tax) & unlimited starters was 190₹(without tax) Tax...

The Worst pizza i have ever eaten... extremely disappointing response and behavior too. Smelling very badly when i had... they used spoiled Cheese in their pizzas preparation.

It smells like sour milk. ... If you spot mold on a hard cheese, it's generally safe to cut off the moldy part and eat the rest, since the spores likely will not have spread throughout the cheese. Another sign that a cheese has gone bad is a smell or taste of spoiled, sour milk.

And when we told them to smell Once the pizzas that your pizzas are smelling very bad instead of accepting their mistake they started arguing and refused to accept their mistake and said "we have checked it's not spoiled and not smelling bad".

But

dosto phir humne usse behas karna uchit nahi samjha wo kehte h na "aise logo k muh lagne ka matlab apna hi level girana h." or behas krna apne aap ki insult krne k barabar h...

Wo kya h na kuch Categories aisi bhi h market me jinko apni taang uchi rakhne ki aadat hoti h aur taang kaun uchi krta h.....?? :) samajh hi gaye honge :)
