Your branch on sevashram udaipur served us raw chicken burger and were not ready to accept there mistake at all and were denying it that it was not raw by saying thats how it is ....it's not right and can transmit many diseases and your staff is soooooo rude to their customers he was just not ready to accept that it's raw .it was completely non chewable...don't make offers which you can't deliver we were not asking for any refund also but atleast have the audacity to accept what you did ....completely denying it is not how you make...

My go-to order at Burger Farm is always a Farm Grilled Chicken Burger with Chicken Fingers. It is my favourite burger option, as the patty is thicker, and sauces and veggies make it more appealing. I tried chicken fingers twice, and I would suggest you try with tandoori dip and mayonnaise dip. The fingers are crispier, thicker, and a good option as a snack. WORST experience i ever had... yesterday i ordered cheese masala burger which costs about 284 for 3... but they send farm aalo tikki instead of our actual order... then we complained about it but they denied and refused to change it... and it's not the first time we've faced that problem.. if we count it happened about 2-3 times with us... and they didn't took any action on it... and they actually uploaded the no. of Ahmedabad branch on google and they said "Sorry sir we can't do anything...
