HDFC Bank — Local services in Rajasthan

I never saw such un professional and un organized bank like Hdfc... 0 Customer service .....i took personal loan from this bank and it took 24 to 48 hours to receive the loan amount....but after three years I decided to close my loan... And then I problem start..visited durga Nursary branch for closure.. There is now one to help customers or guide them. They asked to go on second floor... There is no representative to provide information... Only one old age Gaurd was sitting with a gun and asked customers to come in line wther you want to get information or want close loan or to receive noc for every problem related to loan only two guys were sitting in a window. You have to wait for hours to get just an information then again for hours with the documents. Them again as them guy gave less information... Matlab I have no words to express my dissatisfaction...if some one in the bank who is reading my review... Would request them to send this my to seniors as this way you loose customers.. May be Hdfc not need customers they already have ample... But will not be in any connection with Hdfc in...

Few days ago I applied for the Bank credit card at that time I am talked with your bank employee Mr. Shantilal from Durga Nursery branch. He don't have manners, how to talked with the valuable customer. He don't give any proper information about the credit card. Please take strict action...

It is extremely sad to know that I have been requesting HDFC bank for ENET SERVICES from past 3 months and they are not at all paying attention nor accepting calls about the situation. This is really disturbing and hurting my sentiments that HDFC bank is not at all doing anything about this regardless of being their customer from past 7 years. I would request the higher authorities to take strict actions against...
