OYO 44599 Hotel Namo Gange — Hotel in Rishikesh

Never ever stay in this hotel (or I should say a jungle). It is full of ants and insects on the bed. Even after getting the room cleaned THRICE, I spent the night getting bitten by ants. Bathrooms are very small to fit even a person. Hotel staff is very impolite. There is no facility of food or even water. They give you water bottle which is not even sealed but They don't provide you a glass so that you can drink that. While booking, they promised complimentary breakfast, but in morning, the staff refused, stating that they don't have kitchen and nearest restaurant facilities are still not open. I had to travel around the city in search for breakfast. Towels that they provide you, they use them for dusting the rooms. Bedsheets are spoiled. If you expect an extra bed From them, then you have to sleep on a couch, without a pillow and a foul smelling blanket that you can't even take. They don't even have a safe parking space. ₹5000/- for 2 rooms and 1 night ☹️👎 I made a booking at 8 AM on 15th May and our check-in time was 12. Because of traffic, we reached at 2 PM. After our arrival, they took 30 mins to clean both rooms. Even the corridor was filthy with empty bottles and food.

👉 There was a water cut for around 2 hrs (no water in washroom taps). 👉 Many dark stains in old white bedsheet. 👉 Red ants in room edges and even 2-4 in bed. 👉 No good arrangement of drying wet clothes. 👉 You will ONLY PAY FOR ROOM, NO SERVICES - they will not even bring water for you.

Even the location is not good, the hotel is hell far from the main temples and ghats but Vikram/e-rikshaw availability is satisfactory.

I booked 2 rooms, on oyo website room looked nice but when I reached checked the room.they were mostly small and dirty. Washroom walls of some had 'paan' stains. Even the fairly ok room still had dirty beddings.as it's been paid for we checked in. After check-in they mentioned they did not had towels all of those went for laundry. Even next morning it wasn't provided. Toilet kit was given after asking for it. Breakfast was not provided they did not had anything so said no. (It was included in booking) worst place to stay.
