The FoodLoft — Restaurant in Rishikesh

(for the jist- last paragraph) I've been to this place 3 times- twice in the past year, and once today. Had a fine impression last year- the food was decent- we had veg biryani one time and naan with butter chicken the next. But today- even though they had upgraded their ambience by a lot- I did not have a good experience. Pizza, honey chilli potato, paneer tikka- good Pasta- you can call it edible Non veg dishes- be it snacks or main course- terrible. We had chicken tikka masala but in a bowl of it there were four small nugget like pieces of chicken- what a joke. Coke costed 100 rupees per bottle- we're talking about the 40rs mrp one. Jeera rice was non edible- the jeera was uncooked despite late service- like damm who can mess up jeera rice!

Finally, the thing that caused me to write this review- We asked them for a discount. They said they would give us a 10-12% discount provided half of us write reviews. Which is okay. But some of my friends rated it 4 stars- and they made us change it to 5. Honest reviews should be appreciated not this thing. And they still didn't give us the discount they promised. Tried to fool us that 500 rs off is 10%(our bill was arnd 14k for 16ppl). I hated their dishonesty.

All in all, I felt the place was unreliable, your experience depends on your luck. And expensive on faltu things. And avoid non veg here. Gave it two stars only because they did serve decent the...
