I ordered an Iced Espresso for which I was charged the price for Iced Americano. When I asked the guy he said he charged me extra as he gave me ice. When I told him that he should have informed me about the extra price, he took a 20rs note and was giving it to me. He just wanted to get rid of me as he was so busy watching cricket match on his phone that he didn't even care what the customer had to say. I told him that he's being unprofessional and yet he continued to watch the match. Being a Barista myself, I make sure that I tell my guest if they'll be charged anything extra. Per the FnB policy, you cannot charge extra for the ice or water if you are serving in a glass. Even the water was served from the tap and just kept on the table as we went to a road side dhabha. Believe you me, they have better service than you. I have never seen such unprofessionalism even after pointing out the mistake. Terrible Experience – Slow Service, Bad Food & Poor Hygiene

We recently visited this café in Rishikesh, and it was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. The service was extremely slow—we had to call the waiter multiple times, and even then, they barely responded. Despite ordering well in advance, our food took forever to arrive, and one of the main dishes (pizza) never even made it to our table.

The food that did arrive was disappointing. The Pad Thai noodles were undercooked and led to a stomach ache later. To make things worse, the plates were not properly cleaned. Even after sending them back, they still came back dirty, which raises serious hygiene concerns.
