Hotel spaark residency — Hotel in Rohini

If you are visiting Rajiv Gandhi or nearby, staying here is the best overall. Its bit expensive compared to other accommodation around but trust me, the money you pay here is justified. However if you are staying for a long then you can take your time to find a cheaper one bases on your need. But its hard to find a room that doesn’t have cold-mds (ढुसी) in the room.

This hotel has lift and one room per floor with AC, attached bathroom and Kitchen Table in case you want to cook yourself.

Note : Hotel doesn’t have the inhouse F&B service, but they can manage if you really need. We eat at the hospital itself.

Remember you need to rent the gas and cooking utensils. Or you can request the housekeeper uncle to let use the gas stove and utensils on the top floor. Its not that hard. We stayed here for 3 nights and it as nice.

During my recent visit to the rajiv gandhi hospital for a medical appointment, I had the pleasure of staying at spaark Hotel. Certainly not a 3 star facility. Very small room, no mirror so I could shave near sink. Blankets smelled a lot and mosquitos were plentiful. No phone and/or bell to call for help. Spaark offers breakfast but don’t have any table/chair in so called dining area on roof. The kitchen managed by doorman was extremely dirty.

I checked out and forgot to turn keys. I promised to give back in an hour but owner threatened to call police. So inconsiderate are owners I did not know.

The owners are part of mafia and watch you over the camera and then threaten you. No one should put themselves and family in such situation.
