Worst customer service by the manager and the cashier. Eazydiner booking Id: 3129490 with a deal of 25%. Initially, they denied to provide the discount applicable and then after the intervention of eazydiner executive they checked their system and provided the discounted bill. But later on, they asked me to pay directly to them via card or cash to claim this discount. They didn't allowed me to pay via eazypay. Though I tried to explain them, but they were not ready to listen. So after 10 mins, as I was with family didn't made any scene there and paid them via card. I could make ruckus there and the customers who were getting in could have not stayed back there. I was unable to connect the eazydiner executive back at that moment and later explain them the scenario. The main thing is the customer do not have the right to pay from their preferred mode of payment. What??? What is this?? With this attitude, they are not going to have regular customers.

This time the visit was not an ambient one, we went for lunch over there but we were not happy by the visit as lunch prepared by them was not up to the mark and taste was not there, as we earlier enjoyed several times at pitampura and rohini, we were there for lunch and restaurant was not clean, sweeper was sweeping in the restaurant area and there was dust all over the area and when the person is there for lunch, he or she will not at all want dust over that area and that too when its there all over in the air. As saying in hindi, sweeper jhadu lagara tha aur sari dust ud rai thi, as when we were starting our lunch. You have to be detailed and particular about the drinks you order. A simple LIIT might prove to be disappointing if you rely on the bartender to tingle your taste buds. I had to send mine back with detailed instructions on how I wanted it to be. The food was good overall. Vegetarian as well as Non-vegetarian starters tasted good and justified the price attached to them. Same goes for the main course though I recommend mentioning your preferences clearly. If you'll ask for "Not too spicy" you'll end up getting totally spiceless food. Chef must be really good because I didn't feel like complaining even after that, the problem lies with the waiter who took the order and misinterpreted it.
