Darling Residency — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

Unmarried couples aren’t allowed (But they wont post that on their website or put up a board about it coz they know its silly) Solo female travellers or guests aren’t allowed to make bookings in this hotel ( They go missing apparently) I ask them how do you decide if couples are married or not? Is there a standard we mortals should achieve? They want us to show marriage certificate lol.

I think the person’s name is Mani who was at the desk that night. I had a female traveller friend come over to shoot some places in Vellore and they wouldn’t give her a room because she is a female and alone. Sigh..

DARLING you guys win at the food! Delicious af! But hospitality big time sucks. Rude. Cold. You guys ain’t even looking in the eye while talking.

Thankfully I had friends who spoke to the higher management and helped my friend stay that night. But not all of us have contacts right?

Once again. Its not about your rules. Its your place, your rules. But learn how to speak to guests and convey to guests and for Chrissakes please mention your policies on your website or somewhere...

This Restaurant is situated in Cantonment of Vellore which is a posh area. Excellent location, car parking facility available including a dedicated rest room for Drivers. Complimentary breakfast in the attached adjacent restaurant. Room services are available. Clean, calm, spacious, entrance immediately leading to the waiting hall, billing desk etc. Lift facility available. Rooms of very high International standard with double beds, tea-coffee making machines, spacious toilet, bath room, washroom,shower,towels, toilet kits, water etc. Very close to important places like Vellore Fort, Golden Temple, five branches of CMC, Katpadi Railway Station, Bus stand, Route to VIT, Airport, Amrutha, Arni, Tiruvannamalai, Bangalore, Chennai High ways, Tirupati, Sholingar etc. Fully air-conditioned lodge, very friendly staff, eager to help, clear all your doubts and helping hand to visitors. Very reasonable with many facilities....

Darling residency is good at vellore. Bus stand is nearby. Room rent Prices is normal. Good points : Laundry is good Anytime checkin Corporate discount available Morning breakfast is good Gym equipments available Party hall available and marriages functions can be done. 300 person is capable Room is neat and clean bed cushion is good Recommended for family people's who's looking in vellore. Vellore fort and bus stops nearby. Dinner non veg foods are tasty but expensive.
