Khanna Veg Restaurant — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Dear all, this feedback is based on my personal experience.

I will give my positive and negative feedbacks.

Usually during my India visit, I go to this restaurant around 6 am to have my coffee, really it is delicious. Starting a day with a good coffee makes our day happy.

I never tried breakfast.

I had lunch couple of times, it is not good. If we go to have lunch between 12pm to 12.45pm the quality of food is good, if you go later then it is massively disaster. Halfway through cooked rice, and they try to manage the customers with emergency cooked stuffs.

The restaurant management should abd must consider the customers satification. But her they think only in earning money.

Dinner I had many times, the service is good and quality of food is good. Don't go in peak hours, they again play with the quality of the dishes, specially with sambar chutneys

So visit at right time to get...

Today I was disappointed by waiting for 45 min without getting the dinner after ordering. We went by 8.15 . First 15 min no tumblers to drink water even after asking . We were in complete thirst and hunger . My kid of 3.30 years loose patience and started asking when we get dinner . I ordered parota for my son but it was completely like dry plastic. It's like cooked 4 days before and served right now.All the food was cold . Like noodles , idli , chapathi, sambar,kurma and beauty of all these is , we asked for paneer masala but served with mushroom masala . We can't say that as gravy. Finally paneer masala came and it was sweet taste . We informed waiter about the masala was cold . He took the masala to the kitchen and brought it back as a cold one . We won't visit again ....

This is one of the worst restaurants in Vellore. I visited on a busy day and everything is a chaos here.. Staff are not trained to handle when there is a full customer in the restaurant. They do not have enough staff and the available staff are not experienced and they are very ametuer..

Now coming to food, very very very worst.. All items I got today are very cold and not freshly made. For the first time in life I had a Panneer butter masala without butter. They used some kuruma and match up with paneer butter masala and served us (Again not hot but cold)..

All this happened in their so called "Fine Dining".. Actually I paid "Fine" for "Dining" here. You guys can avoid it with your eyes shut.

I LIVE IN VELLORE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL.. I AM NOT...
