Eben Service apartments — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

Owned by a person who doesn't understand the basics of hospitality.He put someone else in my room and I had to accommodate guests in other hotels nearby. He just told me "no room available" when I called him with a confirmed ticket.This happened at night 11pm when the guests arrived from airport only to know that out of the two rooms we had booked one was given to someone else.

On talking with friends came to know that this is something he does regularly when some unknowing customer pays above normal rates. The room which was given is a small bedroom in a 2 bedroom apartment.

Shoddy place with not even bottled water. They kept a water can which did not have a with common dining and living room. no wifi, no parking, no breakfast, no drinking glass, no lifts. The same apartment had two different people in different rooms. If the option was available I would have given negative ratings instead of zero.. Please review the place before booking at eben. I don’t have word to describe they want only money actually I booked for 20 days because I had a medical emergency and it’s near to the hospital and I inform the same to the property owner well in advance he said ok for everything.after we reached the property he start show his real face he keep on changing the tariff’s and when we asked about this he simply said he had demand for the business he is not fit for doing business better he can wear mask and loot people who is hurry if there is a negative review I will give them below 0.don’t consider this service apartment might be good in the past to lures the customer.they can charge what ever they want but they have to inform the guest before booking but here they will ask after booking and start staying there however the employees are good I suggest don’t...

The location is abit hard to access for those who arent familar with Chennai roads, but with the help of GPS it's okay if u dont mind small twisting roads, the hotel itself is nice, for around ₹600 u get a room, AC, big screen TV, hot water, balcony, a cupboard.
