FabHotel Bala Garden — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

Hotel is in very nice upper hill location, Very nice hotel, u can see fogg in all over ooty from ur room, but bad thing is that service is very bad, breakfast is good & on time, but no room service, no staff maintain d premises of d hotel... Only 2 persons try to handle all d things... But ponit to b noted that, there no person present in hotel after 8pm for any services or in an emergency, this is Ridiculous... My suggestion is that if u want gud hotel location, go for this hotel, otherwise dont go there, don't go with family & small kids... U can go with solo tour or...

Avoid booking this hotel for the following reasons:

1)Rooms are dirty, and promised amenities like Wi-Fi, TV, and geyser are missing. 2)The location is hard to find and not where it’s shown on Google Maps. 3)When we arrived, the hotel was locked, and no staff was present. 4)The manager showed up after 15 minutes, only after we got his number from nearby hotel staff. 5)It's too far from tourist attractions. 6)The service is terrible. Book here only if you want to...

Worst stay. Please don’t opt it. Internet is through dongal equivalent to no internet. When I asked tea no milk was available Rooms was not clean, no towel, no soap and shampoo once I reach facility. Coordinated multiple time to arrange same. After multiple requests provided blankets. I paid per room 2000 per day but better hotels were there on 800 inr near to city. No proper map location I will be happy if they refund...
