Read moreGiven one star only for the display inside. The travel tours that they display are not good. Do not book any travel tour from there. I went with my family and we booked a next day tour to pykara falls . They said the travel operator will pick us from hotel at 10(original time 9.30 am)next day . We requested front seats due to our back pain which they agreed. Next day the tour operator suddenly called us at 9.15 and asked us if we are ready. We were not obviously. He told he will pick us later from hotel. Later he again called and told us he will keep front seats for us and to come in front of thread garden. We were surprised as he told us he will pick from hotel and now he is saying to come on our own expense to thread garden.Anyways we went. He had kept front seats and we were relieved. But after 1 km, one more couple came. They wanted the front seats. in order to accomodate them, they told us to go sit at the last seats or get lost.It came as a shock to us. When we called the thread garden from where we did the booking, they also told us to give up the seats and take some other vehicle. The tour operator also shouted at us for no reason and told that we deserve it as we did not book directly through them. But this was not enough. When we tried booking through one more new tour operator , this old tour operator interfered and told them not to take us. We were shocked how these people are treating tourists who come to spend their hard...
