Hotel Atrium — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

Already Send the mail to Hotel Email id , No Response came. Bad Experience I would straight away like to bring to your notice that I am a Regular Corporate Guest and I was going to check in today Morning and check out date 18/03/2023, I encountered an unsatisfactory service level that I think you should know of and hopefully do something about , yesterday morning I call the hotel and confirm my check in time in morning 6:30 am and three days stay and after Confirmation given by the hotel staff, today I came morning for check in and hotel staff refused me to give the room as all are full , however I informed him already I have taken phone confirmation for check in morning.

His behavior was very bad and check in will be done after 11:00 am he Told, and I was having a suzuki Motorcycle Meeting at 10:00 am , First, it took more than an hour to check in other hotel even though When I confirmed reservation, why it happened is beyond my comprehension. When I asked the reception staff about the reason of the delay, they said it was because the previous guest checked out late! Well, that is not my problem.

I hope you agree with me that this type of service is completely unacceptable at these levels. I am very disappointed from this bitter experience. and I will share in my Corporate Groups to Avoid Staying in Atrium Hotel in Future and I would like to hear your thoughts about my complaint and the steps that you are willing to take to prevent such incidents...

We stayed there on the Christmas day on our way to Bangalore since we reached Erode by 6 pm and it was raining hence unable to drive at night. It is a decent hotel in the town, little bit aged but still ok for one night stay. I booked through Agoda and reached the hotel soon and by that time my booking reservation printout was ready. Rooms are adequately spacious for 2 and neat. Restaurant is neat & clean and serving tasty food. We saw many local people from outside also visiting the restaurant for food. Breakfast buffet was limited but sufficient.||||CONS : (1) When we arrived at the hotel by 6 pm, it was raining, and one security person was sitting in the entrance but didn't even look on us. Parking in the front is little bit tricky due to the limited space but he didn't care to help us and any staff not helped to shift the luggage also. The security on the next day morning was helpful during our checkout.||(2) The towels and the pillow covers are of coffee brown colour, which I don't like. Hotel towels should be white and funky.||(3) Kettle handle was broken and wrapped with an insulation tape.||||However, I recommend this hotel for...
