Savaana Gardens — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

A very popular restaurant cum kid's amusement play park at Erode. Started during 1983 and completed 35 years. Very good, hygiene and tasty food served here, at lawn restaurant for Non vegetarian with reasonable price. North/South Indian food served with all usually popular menu's. The staffs around 10 are working here from the day on of its starting and discharging very good service to its customers. One 250+ hall, one 150+ hall, one 100+ hall (all A/C) is available for marriage, other functions. Icecream parlor is also here. Here's one advantage of kid's amusement park with many computer games and variety of manual games are available. The dash car playing is popular for all ages. Spacious Car parking area is here. One can enjoy with atleast 3 to 4 hours sparing here on weakened or on holidays. A best place for whole family...

Savaana used to be one of the best and loved place for fun and food to all 80's and 90's kids in and around Erode. But since of late, its no more the one we liked. It has lost the charms and smiles that it used to give the kids in us.

Went there last weekend with my family, but we did not even enjoy a bit of the time spent in the lawn restaurant. No more south Indian dishes served there (which was one of the best in town). No more Ice-cream or Soda's served at the table but you have to get up, walk and go buy your Ice-cream etc and come back to your table and continue eating your dinner.

The dishes prepared was also not up to the mark and very spicy/salty. We regretted going there as a family and will think twice to go there any more. We had to wait long to place the order and longer to get...

Yummy Butter Naan and rumali roti...went well with non-veg sizzler

Sizzler is Erode City's Signature kind of preparation...in early 90's this was the Hot cake selling dish in City...you could notice Smokey from kitchen to till table...thats the way everyone's attention is seeked and shall make them order the same...nice to experience the same after several years...nosataligic memories...thanks to management for maintaining the same taste till date...its a legendary kind of dish of Erode city...you guys made my day
