Food : This hotel has a very hygienic and well maintained restaurant which provides quality food at affordable prices. The seating area is also very clean . Staff behaviour is top notch. Staff are very attentive and responsive.

Rooms : Rooms are very good and well maintained but this hotel needs slight improvement in maintaining the cleanliness of towels and bed sheets they provide to the customers .

Update 7/2024: This hotel food taste and quality completely gone pathetic, no taste. Service become worst, late dining late billing. Evident when money overflows quality of service detoritate, declines, drop to core. Try other places....

Honest review: This hotel is good nearby and decent rooms with restaurant attached but we are disappointed of poor management of room allocations. Even after booking via call 2 days prior they denied to give us booked room stating existing customers extended their period which is abruptly hard unfair. They have to create strong policy rules and guidelines for all types of customers whomsoever it may be. If they schedule for 2 days they have to vacate in time rather than extending and bothering other customers. Hope hotel management will take appropriate actions against these kind of concerns and ensure all customers treated fairly. Parking space too needs to be improved, our vehicle got greasy because of the kitchen...

I would strongly advise skipping this restaurant if you are someone who values respect and a decent service.

Upon arrival, there was no designated waiting area. When I informed Mr. Charles, that our party of four needed a table, his response was shocking that they don’t seat people here and we should stand near occupied tables to grab one when it frees up. This struck me as odd for a reputable restaurant.

Unfortunately, the unpleasantness continued after we were seated. We waited 15 minutes before anyone took our order. The server, with a rude tone, then chided us for not ordering when they brought water which was even before we got the menu in hand.

I must commend Mr. Sunil, who was someone who finally assisted us with seating and displayed genuine courtesy towards guests.
