Annai in Saravana Bhavan Pure Veg Restaurant - Main Road — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Am sajin , me and my wife and 1 year old babay visited hotel Anni Saravana on 24/05/2022 ( day before yesterday ) For lunch . We ordered 2 meals . And one of the staff taken our order . At that time my baby was sitting on the table and she was making sound with the water glass which u were served for taking water . And one of your staff he was rude very rude and he shouted at me and telling me that to stop doing that and the table broke. See my baby is 1 year old and she not strong enough to broke your table . At the same time I called that person and handed over 2 glass to him. The way he reacted and his attitude very bad and we stoped eating and we can't feed our baby also. What I have to do she is small baby and if I stop she will start crying and. Yes if it's irritate other then I will apologise for that . But there is a way wr8 we are customers and there is a way ur staff can say that sir please stop that . Am I wr8 or not ?..........

After that he was looking at me with angry face and he start walking infront of me like a Gunda ( I mean I am local here and I will say like this what u can do like this way your staff reacted to us ) his body language and gesture very bad .

Am very dissapointed and I will never suggest my friends colliedes or relative to your hotel . I will say don't visit Saravana bhavan coz staff are behaving like Gunda (.......

The only good thing about this hotel is the room, but nothing else. Air conditioned Double bedroom priced for INR2500, NO COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST, NO DRINKING WATER IN THE ROOM. Time of check out is 24 hours, NO EXTENSIONS POSSIBLE. My offer was INR1000 for checkout at 4pm, this was only for a wash and change after the visit to church, but they expected me to pay INR1800. They offered me a Luggage room, this room is only for 3 hours ever since you leave the baggage and this is just a common hall where you leave your bags with the rest.

I requested the reception staffs due to the hot summer in May, I only need a room for wash and change before our journey and I did offer INR1000 . but they weren't flexible but only over demanding. This is just not my side of experience, As I was talking I witnessed another gentleman who was with his family with kids and old parents requesting for the same, but they were only refusing.

I don't blame the staff, I would appreciate if the management would instruct the staffs to be more flexible. This is a pilgrim centre, the timing of busses and trains are in the morning and the departures are in the evening, the crowd is mostly middle aged and old and a good number of children, They should consider having...

I'm Moses, I'm from restaurant background worked for 2 Yrs in Crownit. I should give 0 star for this * restaurant. We asked for the menu, the server said the menu he can recite, the prices which he said and the bill which we received was totally different. They gave vada in all the plates which we didn't order, we all thought that it is included in the meal which we ordered, but they have billed for that too. When I questioned them about the vada and the price change in the bill the server ran inside and didn't come out. I asked the cashier to call him out and questioned, all of the sudden all the employees gathered and misbehaved totally. They don't have a courtesy to say a sorry for the mistake and behaved as they were genuine and starting to argue and fight with us. If they would have apologized I would have behaved professionally.

Management is totally worried about the money and not about the concern of the consumers. They are into hospitality service without knowing the meaning of that. This restaurant is not fit for hospitality.

Totally a stupid and unethical restaurant. Never recommend...
