HOTEL SARADHA GRANDE — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

Booked two premium rooms. It's one of the decent property in pudukottai with good rooms and an attached pure veg restaurant with good food.

But had to face the following bad experiences!

In one of the rooms the power supply switch inside was brown tapped with two access cards inside. They said no need to use our card because of that. During night at 11.30PM the power supply started going on and off. The helper person was trying all tapping, inserting everything but nothing worked. Finally they decided that nothing can be done and gave another room. After 11.30 in the night i had to shift my old parents to another room after a long tired day with early morning plans for the next day.

Buffet breakfast was about to get ready by 7.30AM but on our 1st day the preparations started only by the time we walked in around 7.45AM. Because of this our morning plan was delayed.

The receptionist wanted to inform our grievances to the manager but he was "TOO BUSY" to meet and discuss these lapses at the time of checkout.

It's located in a busy road which's a one way but still one can manage entry thru...

Recently I booked my stay through Agoda for 3 adults on Oct 1st and booking is for 1 double bed and 1 single bed but I was given a double bed room with stinking smell and the floor was full of smoking smell

When I checked with receptionist he corrected me with hotel manager. I was surprised with the response from hotel manager saying he is not responsible for agoda booking and he asked me to check with Agoda

This all happened around 10:30pm while I booked my stay around 8:30pm

Hotel manager says that Saradha grand doesn’t have such room type what is displayed in Agoda and the photos are invalid as it is online booking and he asked me to cancel it with Agoda for the booking hotel has accepted and provided a nasty and dirty room

Had a very bad experience with hotel manager and the way he treated. He was so rude and his attitude was arrogant and doesn’t seem to be a normal person. Since I had my wife and mother with me I had to ensure my safety

I strongly suggest not to choose Saradha Grande for having such a arrogant manager

I request Saradha Grand owner to seriously look into this and ensure this kind of experience doesn’t happen for any other customers booking it...

We hosted a family function here and were quite disappointed due to multiple issues and miscommunications. The package hours were not clearly discussed during booking, and the AC was shut down without any prior notice. Food quality did not meet expectations—especially the mutton biryani, which lacked sufficient meat, and the dessert service was incomplete and ended prematurely. There was also a mismatch in headcount, which added to the confusion.

While the vegetarian dishes were good, the overall experience was not worth the money. The location itself is inconvenient—only one narrow route leads to the hotel, and the alternate path was heavily congested. Entry access was poorly managed, which likely caused discomfort for our guests.
