Worst experience for us during the Christmas holidays, Initially we booked a room in this hotel from Agoda and during the check in, the manager didn't accept our booking at all even though we had all the proof of the booking in Agoda app and spoke to him on call for confirmation a day before checkin & he had confirmed then, we had arguments and finally we decided to cancel our booking from Agoda and then he provided a room with a different price. Its a worst stay I had to deal with in recent past, the manager is greedy, he'd decline the booking without checking properly and will make you to go with options he provides and will charge you randomly based on his convenience and will not take the card or UPI for full payment. Also the rooms had just the room, no dental kit, no soap, no dustbin even. Even he had issues to give water more than 500ml per day, ultimately we had to buy it. One of the worst hotel experience we had first they made us to cancel the booking through Agoda and then they demanded high price which we paid later on in the name of service we got nothing.
