WEDNESDAY OFFERS ARE FAKE!?

Every Wednesday we receive attractive ads, and messages and social media posts about the Wednesday specials. But many times, like today, when we go to the KFC - Jaspa Complex outlet in Pondicherry, they give us multiple reasons as to why there is NO WEDNESDAY OFFERS. But today it was outrageous!!!!

Initially the store person told us that there was no Wednesday offers in Pondicherry alone. However when the store manager, Mr.Balamurugan arrived, He told us that they had limited chicken supply due to ‘Bird Flu’ and when we enquired more about it, his reasons changed multiple times. He kept telling us, there was limited stock, while there was so much of strips and wings available in the store, with no customers and they were about to close, however. When we requested for the complaint book, they made us wait for 15-20mins and then told us THEY DID NOT HAVE A COMPLAINT BOOK and started blaming the IT team for sending us such offers, and that they are not responsible for such ads. My experience with this location specifically is absolutely worst!!!! These guys are spoiling your brand name. The customer service is pathetic and absolutely worst. My first time visit directly to KFC was super rude and they said they are out of chickens . Trust me, I ordered from Swiggy at the same time and got it delivered. My 2nd visit was way more stressful because they said it was 7minutes express take away and I have to wait for 20 minutes. Moreover that free chicken was not given. When I questioned it, they just gave my order and sent me off. I’ve never seen a brand like kfc treating their customers like this. It’s a big time someone from management should address their service level or else you’re gonna lose your loyal...

Today I visited the KFC outlet in Kottakuppam, Puducherry, and was extremely disappointed with the service and staff hospitality.

The staff were unprofessional and seemed uninterested in assisting customers or addressing concerns. As we asked to pack the food for take away, they didn't pack it like professional one. The food got spilled in the packaging cover itself. Quite after a few disappointed words from us they did the packaging properly.

KFC is known for its quality service, but this outlet falls far below expectations. I urge the management to address these issues through better staff training and service improvements. As it stands, I would not recommend this location for a pleasant...
