Priyanka Residency — Hotel in Tamil Nadu

Run away from this If you guys want to have peaceful stay. We had a very very bad experience in this stay. Someone knocking the door around 2am rudely and try to open the door of our female friends room(After informing owner he is asking us to checkout in the early morning if we are not comfortable that too without any refund). One of our friend locked in for washroom for 1 hr (Worst washroom and locks). Staff took almost more than 1 hr to sort it out. No water bottles, bedspread,blankets and towels. Even if you stay here by any chance , do not pick 201 and 202 and they are the Worst. Cleaning guys keep on knocking adjacent room throughout the day and you want any peace at all and lot of disturbance all the time . My recommendation is to go and stay any other budget stays.If you want to more cons , check below

Not a bad place to stay when you are desperate and need somewhere safe to spend the night. It's a quiet place. The room was clean even though it felt a bit dingy. I think it might be better if they improved the lighting of the place. My phone has run out of battery and needed a quick charge. But no one seemed to have a charger and we're generally unhelpful. But wifi was good so I was able to use my tab to make calls and such. The AC seemed to have a mind of its own. It would make the room super cool for about 15 minutes and then act like a regular fan for the next 30 before repeating the cycle. It also made loud gurgling sounds, like a monster's stomach was rumbling every hour. It was funny and annoying at the same time. My parents and I had a good laugh and luckily we were too tired and slept without the sounds being too obnoxious. Over all, not the worst stay but not a great stay...

Priyanka Residency (above JC wedding hall) Only advantage is underground parking lot for about 5 cars. Instant Geyser takes half an hour to take bath per person. Noisy AC makes you sleepless. Leaking tap makes bathroom slippery. Broken stool in bathroom may hurt you, if you sit on it. Very dirty bucket and cup. Transparent curtain in room makes even day sleep miserable. No towels given. Only one soap was given for two persons. Lot of mosquitoes inside closed AC room. Better choose some other lodge if you need comfortable accomodation in Little Kanchipuram.
