Booked two rooms for my guests from January 1st to January 13th directly approaching the property. Due to some reasons, I had to cancel one room on 2nd of January and another one on January 10th, I was charged 2660 as cancellation fees, When I went to check the hotel while making the booking, They didn't inform about any such cancellation fees. As they quoted, I paid the cancellation fees on January 10th after checkout.

When asked about it, the owner started to explain that the cancellation fees goes to OYO Rooms etc., Since I booked directly in person, How come cancellation fees can be enforced on my booking. I have given them a one-star rating ( which they deserve ) for this behaviour.

Owner of V R Residency did an excellent job of searching my personal business google page and gave one star rating to it. I called him and asked what made him giving a 1 star rating. He started to ask, Is it your business? I don't know. I didn't give any such 1 star rating etc. I politely sent him the screenshot of that particular rating and started questioning his atrocities. He backed off and removed that rating.

If you receive any negative rating or review, try to sort out the issue, Instead of them, rating your costumer's personal business a 1 star without availing the service is rude and it doesn't make any...

Match box dirty rooms, change the name from residence to lodge. Booked for 3 adults but the room is smaller than a single room. Hardly one person can move around with a double bed inside the room. When I complained, receptionist informed OYO people always book like this and our hotel is not responsible for such issues. He showed a room and arrogantly said this is the room for 3 people. When asked bed for 3rd person he put a small thin mattress on the floor next to the bed. They advertise as a OYO hotel but the hotel staff blame OYO for misleading and mis-selling them online.

Paid around Rs.1800 for 1 night and not at all worth the money. No lift’ at this hotel, rooms are available on 1st and 2nd floor only, tough for elderly people. No parking and as to park the car on road with no safety. Bed sheet was dirty and bathroom was worst like a public toilet. With an upgraded appliances like A/C, TV (with only Hindi channels), Table and Chair, OYO is selling this hotel for really high price. Not a family hotel and only good for bachelors...

Surrounding the temple many hotels and lodge are asking high price. Some how we found this place and felt better. Reasonable cost compare to other residence and walkable distance from temple. AC was working but not taken long time to make the room chillness. WiFi not there. Hot water available. TV is there. Saw, different languages channel also. Tamil also there, sun tv, k TV and news channels etc., Room service need few improvements. Overall this place is good option for pilgrims and family members to stay with reasonable price and peaceful...
