7 STAR AMBUR BIRIYANI — Restaurant in Tamil Nadu

Very very worst hotel. We asked for chicken 65 biryani. But the waiter told very rudely that they have 65 biryani but they will give only chicken biryani or mutton biryani since we are first customer. I have seen 2 to 3 members buying biryani at the same time. Even after second time they refused to provide. First they told they can provide biryani and 65 separately. When we asked for second time they are telling it will take more than an hour to get 65. Very worst behavior not knowing how to handle customers. Too Arrogant also copying from Ambur star biryani. Totally worthless hotel in Thiruvallur. Unnecessarily they were spoiling ambur hotel name. Service is very poor as they don't even keep banyan leaf and pachidi for customers for biriyani.They won't give icecream scoop to eat ice cream and they give cheaper little plastic cup for ice cream ..Mutton biriyani is average.Veg fried rice quality is very average Requesting all not to visit this hotel. Cleaning - cleaning to be improved, people are not maintaining the cleanliness.
