Hi today (14-07-2025) I bought a 3 briyani's with bbq half. The brinjal grevy has been expired and very smelly when call the number the female employee attended the call, The way she talks is not right I don't.ask for refund what I want is simple sorry. Nearly I spend 1000 rs for the food when I put it in my plate the brinjal smells very bad. I was so disappointed the customer service is very bad. Actually I am regular customer of the shop. But today I declined not to buy ny thing from the shop. I was very disappointed even after I paid 1000 rs I have not got good food. I have been a regular customer at this place for a long time, but after today, I’ve completely lost trust in their food and service. I ordered 3 biryanis with BBQ (half) and was shocked to find the brinjal gravy spoiled and smelling rotten. It was clearly expired and unfit for consumption. The moment I opened it and put it on my plate, the foul smell made me sick.

To make things worse, when I called to report the issue, a female staff member answered and was completely unprofessional and rude. I wasn't even asking for a refund—all I wanted was a simple apology, but instead, I was spoken to in a disrespectful and careless tone.

I spent nearly ₹1000 on this meal, and what I received was spoiled food and pathetic customer service. For a loyal customer, this is unacceptable. You’ve not only lost my money, but you’ve also lost a customer who used to visit regularly. If this is how you treat your customers, then you don’t deserve their loyalty.

Nd Butter & Garlic naan's nalla super ah irundhuchu large size vera. Ipo sidish paatha NV- dragon chicken la pieces lam little bit hard, Fish finger was good.
