In spite of informing that we will be checking in at 5 am, the reception kept the gate locked and went to sleep. Had to bang the door for 10 minutes, call Oyo support and then luckily they opened the door. No soap/handwash provided in the bathroom. Toilet was extremely unclean. Poor service. In spite of asking for soap they did not provide. The view was good but the window was so unclean that we couldn't not see the view clearly. The room was also unclean. Lot of dust everywhere. AC was good. Better to call it an AC lodge, certainly...
