Urban Beats Family Bar & Kitchen — Restaurant in Hyderabad

Kindly read my complete review:

Ambience was good, serving boys were good..but food was not upto the mark. Apart from 2-3 dishes, nothing would be great. Coming to main course, my god it's horrible... please guyz, beware.

Despite saying how the food was required, it was completely in opposite we used to receive. We order one & we used to receive another. The kitchen master doesn't have the knowledge on all dishes. For ex instead of fish fingers he sent the dish in same style, but with chicken. Asked for chicken salad, sent sizzler chicken..i have many many examples.. personally explained the same to manager Mr.keshav also on this, if this is continued..how much hype urban beats is getting received, no sooner the bad talk will be spread..u can see the drop count in customers. In the menu, we will have almost all mentioned, but when you ask..only the regular one's what you eat are only available.

The major upset is, we were having a party with my family & cousins around 15members..when we asked for main course at 10pm..they come & say biryani, pulaos are not available only jeere rice and fried rice. The Minimum common sense is, team should approach the customers in prior and ask for main course on anything to be blocked or arranged seperately. This is required because, we have booked the table one day in advance, so you guyz must be aware that we will definitely have main course. Being an hyderabadi, biryani is definitely for sure which had to be asked for..Seriously, team should have minimum basic knowledge & common sense on this...Worst and worst experience for us.

Please be noted, this review is not been given only after a one time visit..after several continuous visits, literally got fed up and been given. We are forced to go to another restaurant, just because of your kitchen..it's master and the respective concerns.

PS: Special request to management, kindly take care of the kitchen & instruct them. Proper and minimum taste of food is expected especially to those who are in hyderabad. In this world, it is with pride can be said, just for the sake of good food we travel long distances and give a damn about kilometres...." kyun ki daaru kaib pe bhi...

Place is nice with good ambience, quick service and Wide menu of drinks and foods (but few items were unavailable when we asked for)

Food was satisfactory and it can be good if they work a bit on quality front. For example we ordered peri peri chicken wings and the wings were cooked with the skin and felt like it was frozen food and for the taste i would rate it a 1.

Good thing is that the staff (Bijay) accepted and offered us a replacement with other dish.

For an overall experience, Rating it a 3 because they have to work on few things like pricing on Water and the soft drinks. When most of the restaurants, when i meant most 9 out of 10 restaurants charge water and soft drink pet bottles on MRP but here they charge more than MRP.

Posting the pics for reference, for other patrons to question. I could have posted these pics with the bill copy on consumer forum but giving an opportunity for the management to work up on as they are still new...

No wonder this place has 4.6 star rating across 3252 reviews and the place is worth the reviews!

Sorry but this review is for the family dinner we had back in March 2023 and I should have reviewed long back...Sorry Sorry!

Right on the Bairamalguda road and very near from LB Nagar/Uppal area as well as from the Dilsukhnagar/Saidabad/Saroornagar areas...very easy location!

Easy road side parking as well as valet parking!!

The place was crazy full and jam packed...luckily very few mins we had to wait before we got seated near the bar counter.

We were ending a small road trip and ordered only the main course directly since we were hungry!

Service was a bit slow and all the appetizers we ordered, Tangdi Kabab and Apollo Fish were on the spicy end! The Sambar Rice and Jeera Rice were flavourful!

I will go back once more for sure and you all too please do try this place again and add your...
