Te Seaview Resorts — Hotel in Thandiriyan Kuppam

Never book this hotel !!! Fraud people, they deny online bookings when they see peak demand.

They did not give me room when I reached hotel at 8 pm. I was with my family and we travelled more than 300 km to reach pondicherry. The hotel contact person told me that they don't have any responsibility as I booked the hotel online. I told him that his number is mentioned on the booking site and same was provided to me as a support.

His associate told us to leave the office immediately in a very rude manner.

I had to drive another 140 km to reach Chennai where I booked one hotel to stay.

The booking amount I paid to the hotel is gone waste, aslo I had to spend another 5000 rupees to reach Chennai and to book new accommodation.

Just imagine, what will be the situation when someone with his family is standing on unknown remote place, without any knowledge of local language, and place.

If you don't know the local language, please avoid this place as this will add more trouble for you. And by the way, this is no way closer to the term "resort". It is infact looks like a old apartment, located in a very congested place. I would have not given a single star...

Worst experience EVER with worst quality rooms to expect ...It's not a place for having a peaceful time with your family or friends.. Looks like old abandoned building modified to look like a.... no idea what to say...but definitely not considering it as a room or villa..The hall kitchen are separated by a cardboard and the bedroom doesn't hav any windows.. The place doesn't look clean to atleas think about staying there..there is no ventilation in any of the room( say they hav 3 bedrooms 😂) closed with only doors and really stinks..As a whole place is a mess within a clamped messy location.. They claim to hav a hall with a worst table u wud encounter ..Overall the place is not a villa.. They charged 14% of what I paid (INR 6500 ) for CANCELING.. And it's totally not worth for what they charge,...

The resort is located close to Serenity Beach. The beach is just a 5 min walk. This was the only decent stay that I could find close to Serenity Beach. The staff was very polite and sweet. The resort is row type duplex houses. Each house has 3 rooms, 3 bathrooms and a hall which is quite big. As this property is road facing, you need to be cautious of your belongings. Don't leave any items close to window or leave your footwear outside the rooms as some drunk people might try to steal or throw away your footwear during night (personal experience).
