MAS RESIDENCY — Hotel in Tiruvannamalai

He don’t know how to behave with customers. i booked the room for three days. actually price of the room is 2500. we are three members that why i asked the extra bed. he charged extra bed 500. total 3000. for three days 9000. after that i canceled the extra bed. i paid 7500. but the manager is taking rude to pay 9000. what the hell is this. there are mentioned free breakfast. manager taking with angry and saying. breakfast provide to the people who booked on online. he didn’t mention any thing on maps. better to avoid this hotels. worst manager. worst rooms. especially to others state. don’t...

MAS residency is a new property. Rooms and bathrooms were maintained very neat and clean. Hotel is located on the main road. Good ventilation as the room has a big glass window along with mosquito mesh. Suitable for business trips as well as for family trips. Staff were kind and helpful. Covered parking space not available but lot of space available on main road for parking, so parking is not a concern. Complementary breakfast provided was good. Only negative point I see is no good restaurants in the near proximity. If a good restaurant attached to this hotel it would have been amazing. Overall...
