I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which exceeded my expectations in several ways. Worst experience. We went directly to hotel as directed by driver. He asked ₹5000 for 2 days and we agreed on ₹4000. The owner assured us that he will pay off half i.e 1000, if we leave early but he turned from his words. Then I checked the price of the room online was 1500. We trusted on their sweet sweet words and they turned out to be a cheater. One more thing, no service at all. No channels to watch in television, no service boy, we were given room just near reception and you can’t even sleep properly because of their talks. If asked for glass or plates, they served us with disposable glass and said they don’t have plates. Overall think twice before...

This is a very nice hotel, and both brothers who run it are very kind. If you’re visiting Ujjain, I definitely recommend staying here. Just avoid rooms near the main circle and close to the Mahakal Mandir. The Mahakal Mandir is still nearby from Pratham Hotel, so there’s no need to worry about...
