Disappointing Experience – False Promises & Poor Service

I had a terrible experience at [Hotel Name] in Ujjain. We booked a room online by paying an advance and informed them in advance that we would arrive around 7:30 AM. They assured us that early check-in wouldn’t be an issue. However, when we reached the hotel at 7:45 AM, they told us no rooms were available and asked us to wait for 5-10 minutes.

We patiently waited, but even after 40+ minutes, they still had no room for us. When I explained that I couldn’t wait any longer as I was traveling with a small baby, they refused to provide a refund despite not fulfilling their commitment.

Their service was extremely unprofessional. Before booking, they say ‘yes’ to everything, but once you arrive, they fail to deliver. This experience completely ruined the start of our trip.

I ordered Maharaja thali from their restaurant which costed me 260Rs for a simple meal. The quality of food was worst. Daal was tasteless and food was smelly which clearly indicated that they're either selling 2-3 days old food or they're using rotten ingredients. I would recommend people not to order from here if you don't want food poisoning or an unexpected visit to the doctor. Clearly their reviews are also fake.
