I walked into the place with a lot of hope. The ambience was decent — perhaps good enough for a city like Ujjain.
The food was delicious, especially the tomato soup — it was mind-blowing. I truly needed it after a hectic journey.
However, the staff didn't seem to know where to draw the line. He kept talking, even after I told him I was tired. I believe it’s basic etiquette to give a customer their space, especially when they explicitly ask for it. I’m someone who strongly dislikes people crossing personal boundaries. What made it worse was that he kept praising himself — saying that the restaurant’s good reviews are all because of him. Later, I had to call my partner and have a conversation just to make me calm and to get rid of him to be brutally honest.
When I finished my payment, he insisted I give a 5-star rating then and there, despite me saying I’d prefer to do it later. I’m not someone who gives Google reviews casually. Just to get rid of him, especially considering I wasn’t feeling well, I gave the rating — but I was clear in my mind that I’d come back and post an honest review later. So here I am, sharing the real experience. Pls consider this as a constructive criticism and wish you great success.

After checking it on google when we reached there, the door was open but no one was there. We reached to reception; only one person was available and he said we open at 8pm ist only. As we were tired, we requested them to let us sit for 5mins then we'll leave. But that staff member misbehaved with us and asked us to leave the restaurant standing against the door while opening it. He continuously kept on saying leave the place immediately and that we are not allowed to sit here even for atleast 5mins. We assured him that we are leaving but still he misbehaved and spoke rudely. When we asked him to get your owner here, he said owner doesn't come here.
Restaurant owner please ask your sub ordinate to keep the door locked for the restaurant or put some flag to let people know that it is close instead of letting your subordinates misbehaved with your customers.
Note:- Change your timings on google. Don't show that it is open even when it is closed. And put some flag on your restaurant door to let people know that it is closed.
Your staff members are pathetic. I won't visit it again. Hospitality is minus infinity. The lowest of the rating...
