Capital O Hotel Sai Plaza — Hotel in Ulhasnagar

Kindly avoid this hotel at all cost. Booked the hotel through OYO and the stay here was one of the worst experiences. The room and washroom were really dirty with no proper cleaning. They smell of cigarettes and what not. The receptionist/manager straight away denies geyser facility. This was during winter. No one answers your call during breakfast hours and later they say the breakfast time is over. The guard eagerly looks for tips each time you go out of the hotel

Overall a completely shady place with rude people and worst service. This place is not at all recommended for families and decent...

First they will tell you that our hotel is not registered on OYO and than they will charge double of the amout shown on the app And really the condition was toooo horrible of the rooms torn pillowcovers dusty walls,cockroaches, No door locks creepy Working staff Over all Disgusting better avoid the hotel and dont fall for the omages shown on the OYO app and even the oyo help centre is not concerned about this Worst place to stay it was a nightmare for me to stay for just a single night in this Shitty...

Very Third class hotel.not worth for 2000 rs.
