Virat Ambe Sports Club — Restaurant in Ulhasnagar

Too Expensive and not value of money. I paid 19200/- for my two daughters. (9600/-) each and they don't allow me to see whether they are getting proper swimming coaching or not. I have to sit and wait in the waiting area. Girls sitting in the reception counter have no proper idea about coaching fees and all that..... And the most pathetic is that the swimming pool was closed for cleaning. They did not even realise that they have to make a call to members that pool will remain closed. After coming here with my two little daughters I have to go back home. One of the guy told tomorrow make a call before coming. But the next day there was no one to attend my call. Thus two days of my monthly membership was spoiled. And they don't have the policy to refund me this two days. Third day when I came, again the receptionist said that the pool is dirty. I asked her whether they are going to extend three days of my monthly expensive membership. Their answer was they don't have such policy. When I talked with their so called madam she was such a rude person.... REALLY THIS IS NOT THE PLACE WHERE WE SHOULD GO FOR SWIMMING COACHING. Only I can rate ONE STAR to this place. Don't even visit here they themselves are so confused....

This place has too much formalities to do. Thoug the deposit thing is okay, but they ask for a Medical Certificate which states that we're totally fine and healthy and when you call them to clear your queries, they don't answer and say 'Aap club aa jaiye, udher sab pata chal jayega'. Means, if you're coming from a distant region and they send you back by saying that this is children's timing, girls' timing, you need a medical certificate and all. It's properly managed and a clean hygienic place but the only problem is they don't clear your queries on a phone call, instead, they want you to visit the...

We visited this place today which doesn't even deserve a single star..this hotel has all the services to insult u in front of your guest..the most pathetic service they give...and the staff was not trained and Mr. Balani is an expert of blah blah gossips...he will always give the best service to that who is gonna pay the bills...he is a spoiler..cutlery was mismatched and reception lady has no idea wat service they provide in hotel.. service was so bad that you will literally feel to leave the premises....and spl warning any outsider can come and join your party..if u want to waste your money...
