Hotel Praveen International — Hotel in Ulhasnagar

Had a stay for a few days at this place. To start with, we entered the rooms with huge hopes and found the floor so dirty that just walking around made our feet dirty, there was no basic cleaning done too and felt as if the rooms had not been cleaned in years. There were cockroaches not just one or two, but loads of them crawling around and our food stuff, and bathrooms dirty and its walls so dirty. Fungus on room walls too. The backdoor to balcony was being consumed by white ants. The extra mattress provided was filled with fungus, seems sitting for a long in water, so unhygienic had to use it even after complaining to the staff citing no availability. We feared for the safety of our little ones. The pictures seem to be taken decades back and the rooms are nothing like it, the place screams for maintenance. The said river that flows by is actually a nullah and one cant stand by even the windows facing it as one is welcomed by the fresh fragrance. The geyser provided was a smaller running water type, which would trip every few minutes and had to be reset, fittings leak water from places unexpected. The buckets and other fittings were so dirty that one would feel disgusted to even be in, had no option but to stay as advance payments were made. Had to be after the cleaning staff to get the basic cleaning done, even for the sheets and floor cleaning, the staff had to be coaxed. Food was okay, but again the store room was so filthy that one could not stand for more than a few minutes and even passing by it makes one hold your nose. I would suggest stay away from this place if you do not love insects. Best of luck in case looking...

I have stayed at many oyo properties but this is the worst one We arrived at 1:30 at the hotel our first room was full of spider webs and dust everywhere so we changed our room in that room the intercom was not working AC wasn't working so we shifted to the 3rd room and this is the best we could get from their side that too they changed the settop box then the tv was working and it took them 1/2 hr to get the ac remote and we were finally settled at 3pm + the lift is not working so you have go all the way down if you get the room at 4-5th floor i was staying on 3rd floor and nobody was there to assist or take orders and trust me it's very shabby property nobody was wearing mask gloves etc i literally purchased a sanitizer spray from the store opposite to the hotel and sprayed everywhere in the room. I was calling at reception from 7:47am to 8:10 nobody picked the phone i had to walk myself out of the hotel and get a water bottle If there was a option of zero star i would have giveb it to this hotel if the owner is reading this then please atleast maintain the...

Basic amenities atleast water should be there for a person who stays there television not working when called for a person ... he says problem in plug point ... cannot b serviced now .... hence no television ordering food from room servicethe person on the phone cannot get a basic order hence called twice after that a the person come to the room to confirm the order ..... twice and 40 -50 mins to deliver .... no hot water in .... when asked the technician he says its not working for many days ..... the door man was quite helpfull as i was new to that place he show me the way .... got the auto rickshaw the balcony was full of pan spits an all may be did not clean it for ages @oyo you guys need to think again & @Praveen (international) remove the world international ..... coz u no where match international standard @Mr Ritesh agarwal ceo(oyo) you have to have an audit team to verify all these...
