Brijlok Dham homestay — Hotel in Uttar Pradesh

After talking with the owner of this homestay,we booked two nights for four people and sent the advance as well.we also intimated the owner well before our arrival. The owner also shared the location.we hired a swift Dzire from Agra to the shared location in Mathura. But on reaching there the owner told us that the rooms are filled he has arranged another home stay for us . Therefore we have to give 200 rupees extra to the Dzire driver to drop us at the new location.We only got three bed room instead of four bedroom for 1st day and four bed room only on the 2nd day.On complaining we are told that the room rent is very high than our given rates so we have to adjust there.An iron ladder connects to the first floor rooms . Transporting the heavy luggages through this iron ladder is highly risky .The greedy owner of the home stay lacks humanity highly and is only a spectator while we are taking our luggages painfully.Though we have given full amount as per his demand except greedy ness and inhumanity we did not receive any thing.We are also told by the new homestay adamant owner that he will not help us in moving our luggages as we have not booked this home stay directly.All he can do is he will collect our full money from the old owner.Totally shameless.Please avoid this homestay as far...
